I might be speaking to soon but I think I’ve just been creditted a free domain (menandrew.com). 1stHostWeb, the web hosting company that registered my domain name notified me numerous times about the cancellation of due to non payment for an annual renewal.

Last year around this month, I decided switch to a better hosting server (Ace-Host.net) and I was able to transfer everything out of the old host exept my own domain name. In order for me to keep my domain name, they suggested that I should renew my domain, even though they’re not hosting any of my files in their server.

And as much as I kept informing them that I transferred out from their service, they persuaded me somehow that it’ll take up to a year for my domain name to clear for it to be used
