The Flu: Personified

So the flu visited me this week for a little vacation. The slick bastard invited himself and crept out of nowhere and ruined my snowboarding plan this weekend.

He brought the usual luggage… cough, soar throat, runny nose, fever, headache and congestion. Don’t know why he’s still here but I tried to kick him out several times. He must be immuned to Motrins and the NyQuil because they are obviously not working.

I guess all that snowboarding finally caught up with me this winter. I’m stuck at home with the flu while everyone is out to Mountain Creek without me. This blows!
