My 23rd Birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

Help, I’m 23 and I can’t seem to stop myself from aging. Time is running a pace much faster and bigger than my own strides, and I can’t get ahead of it. But hey, I should rejoice and look at the bright side (which I really am). I’m grateful to God for blessing me with another birthday… another chance and opportunity to embrace His majestic offer, the gift of life, that He has given me.

The Lord works wonders and does great things.
So tell the soil to celebrate
Grasslands are green again;
fruit trees and fig trees are loaded with fruit.

And that He did, granting me a brilliant day to celebrate it with such wonderful friends. They took me out for a birthday dinner at Frenasia and pigged out on an array of appetizing entrees and ooooh… the sweet scrumptious desserts. It turned out that my eyes were bigger than my stomach, and people eventually ate off from my dish because I had too much molten chocolate cake. Yummy!
