Spring has already started and I have fallen behind with the usual seasonal layout of this blog. Just thought I’d keep it simple and neat to its minimal content, while trying to avoid all the complicated sidebars from the last theme. Whadya think? I might do some minor touch ups and add some colors since it does look too simple it? Whadya think?

Talkr provides a service allowing you to listen to your entries rather than reading them. If you can point to an RSS feed (a machine-readable version of your favorite blog or news source), it will convert that feed from text to speech. For instance, to listen to this post, click here.

What’s the point of this audible? One word: Podcasting. It simply provides a a live stream or local download to mobile devices or even iPods to those subscribers of sites/blogs with fascinating information. Unfortunately, my blog is uninteresting but I just thought it’s cool to listen to a talking blog.

Hello Moto! Meet the new Motorola SLVR L7 from Cingular. I got it as a birthday present, making me officially out of the infamous RAZR nation. After owning the V3 since it first debuted, I never thought it would be obsolete just after a year of its existence. Everyone practically has it nowadays (in different colors too) and I felt that I needed to change and jump off this bandwagon that it had become.

So change I did! Thanks to ________, who made all this possible. As much as I’d like to express my sheer gratitude, the person wished to be nameless for his/her thoughtfulness. So anyways, I’ve been playin’ around with this gadget all night long to discover what the SLVR has to offer. Turns out it is built to spoil a tech-geek like me

Last year around this month, I decided switch to a better hosting server (Ace-Host.net) and I was able to transfer everything out of the old host exept my own domain name. In order for me to keep my domain name, they suggested that I should renew my domain, even though they’re not hosting any of my files in their server.

And as much as I kept informing them that I transferred out from their service, they persuaded me somehow that it’ll take up to a year for my domain name to clear for it to be used

I still use Friendster occasionally just to check messages, but I just haven’t had time to blog there. So basically, what I do is just export my entries from my main blog and transfer it to Friendster’s database.

Uhmm, I smell geek talk. Oh well, just thought I’d explain.

WeIl, you still can (partially) online! I accidentally found the famous “Mini-Mizer” from Reasonably Clever. Create your own Lego character or mix & match an already predefined character. With so much possibilities, the outcome are limitless. It’s just up to your own imagination, just like the good ol� days.

And what should you do when your done? Save it, blog it, trash it� do whatever you want. It�s a good way to waste your time, especially when you�re bored at work.

Hmmm… so far their service is awesome: user-friendly customization, variety of templates and most importantly… no banner advertisements. Hopefully it stays that way because it’s still under development.

Overall, I think it’s better than Xanga & Live Journal. Can’t wait for the final release when they add more features. If MSN integrates a Friendster-like application in their blogware, it’ll definitely top all other weblog services.

I was trying to move my domain name out of there. Unfortunately, my current registrar informed me that menandrew.com will remain locked up for anywhere from 75 days to 1 year even if I do not renew… meaning, it will not be available even if I switch and point it from another registrar. Sucks ass huh? And like I said, I love my domain… and I couldn’t wait that long, so yeah… next thing ya know, I renewed my domain under the same damn registrar. You guys suck… I’m not happy with your service you money leeching bastards!
